Proposed MWS Water Price Hike

Our water company MWS has proposed raising our water rates once again.

The effect of these price hikes would be:

Water Rate - $39.10/10,000 gallons would increase to $97.80/10,000 gallons.

Base Charge - $70.89/quarter would increase to $107.64/quarter.

The Public Service Commission (PSC) has held a Hearing and will decide our case by the end of October.  The PCA will distribute the final settlement by email and post it on the PCA website.
